Identity verification
What to submit, accepted files and how your documents are protected.
Why do you ask for identity verification?
To protect real wallet balances. Verification is required before a withdrawal, not before you register or practice.
What do I need to submit?
Your personal details, a photo of an identity document, and optionally a selfie.
Which file types and sizes are accepted?
JPG, PNG or WebP images up to 5 MB each. The file type is checked from the file contents, so renaming another file type will not work.
Who can see my documents?
Only you and administrators reviewing your submission. Files are kept in private storage and are served only after an access check.
What happens after I submit?
An administrator reviews the submission and approves or rejects it. A rejection includes a reason, and you can submit again.
Can I trade without being verified?
Yes. Practice trading, futures and copy-trading do not need verification. Only withdrawals do.
