Plans, how payment works and how to cancel.
What membership plans exist?
A free Basic plan with no expiry, plus any paid plans shown on the Membership page with their price, billing period and features.
How do I pay for a plan?
In crypto. Send the stated amount to the address shown, then submit the transaction hash. The plan is activated after an administrator verifies the payment.
Is membership paid from my wallet balance?
No. It is a separate direct payment and does not use your wallet balance.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Use Cancel renewal on the Membership page. Your plan stays active until its end date.
Why is a plan unavailable?
An administrator can mark a plan as unavailable, or the payment address may not be configured yet. The page says which applies.
