FAQ
Deposits
How to fund your wallet, what gets credited and what can go wrong.
How do I make a deposit?
Open Deposit, choose an asset and network, and send crypto to the address shown. Then submit the transaction hash so an administrator can find the transfer.
Which assets and networks can I use?
Only the assets and networks listed on the Deposit page. If none are listed, an administrator has not configured a receiving address yet and deposits are not open.
When is my balance credited?
After an administrator verifies the transfer on the network. Your balance is not credited automatically when you submit a hash.
Why is the credited amount different from what I claimed?
The credited amount is the amount verified on the network, not the amount you typed. If they differ, the verified amount wins.
I sent funds on the wrong network. Can they be recovered?
Often not. Transfers on public networks are irreversible. Always match the network on the Deposit page exactly, and check the minimum amount before sending.
Why is my deposit still pending?
Deposits are reviewed manually and may also wait for the required number of network confirmations. You can follow the status in your deposit history, and any rejection reason is shown there.
